A product promising a better way to mint.

What is Dropspace?

The DeFi Network originally concepted Dropspace.art as a simple platform to streamline our future drops. But when the market began showing clear signs of a gap in its offering, we saw an opportunity to be the first ones to launch what Dropspace will be — a premium platform for discovering and minting top-tier drops. One where projects are backed by a doxxed team, where websites don’t crash, and where insider trading has no place. Among other things, it will be a trustworthy space to find blue chip NFT projects. And best of all, it will be accessible for everyone from whales to those just entering the NFT space.

We believe having a doxxed, trustworthy team behind NFT projects is the new standard, something we’re proud to be bringing to Dropspace. That’s why we’d like you to meet The DeFi Network itself, a team that’s grown substantially in size after a booming summer.

Who is The DeFi Network?

Let’s start with the original two co-founders, Chaitenya Gupta and Mihir Wadekar. They started as two UC Davis roommates, interested in solidity development. Together they launched The DeFi Network in February 2021 (while still in their fourth year of school) and have since grown it into a global network, with partners including Sony Music, and dozens of successful projects under their belt. Recently graduated, they’re ready to take The DeFi Network to the next level.

Flagship projects led to key hires.

The launching of their two flagship projects: Musee and The Canine Cartel, led them to make two key hires, Blake Miner and Jackson Kemp, who are helping lead those projects, as well as an influx of new business on the horizon.

Blake Miner — Director of Operations

Blake is an entrepreneur and digital nomad who’s taken the non-traditional route over the years and landed himself working remotely (before it was mainstream) in countries all over the world. After starting and selling some successful blockchain companies of his own, he joined the launch of Musee and was instrumental in building it into the success it is now. Since then he’s joined The DeFi Network full-time as Director of Operations. A role which will see him leading operations for future clients and flagship projects, including Dropspace and The DeFi Network itself.

Jackson Kemp — Creative Director

Jackson is a globally award-winning creative who worked at some of the top advertising agencies in the world before joining The DeFi Network under the title of Creative Director. Since June he’s helped them with branding and promoting The DeFi Network, and recently he crafted the storyline and creative thinking that would help The Canine Cartel sell out in 51 minutes. In his new role, he’ll lead creative and marketing for future clients and flagship projects, including Dropspace and The DeFi Network itself.

The rest of the ‘network’

This core team of four interdisciplinary talents, also leverages a global network of developers, designers, artists, editors, shillers, marketers and more to bring our clients a full-service, full-speed experience. When we say a project launched on Dropspace is backed by The DeFi Network, this is who we mean.
